וְזֶ֨ה דְבַר־הַמַּ֜ס אֲשֶֽׁר־הֶעֱלָ֣ה ׀ הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֗ה לִבְנוֹת֩ אֶת־בֵּ֨ית יְהוָ֤ה וְאֶת־בֵּיתוֹ֙ וְאֶת־הַמִּלּ֔וֹא וְאֵ֖ת חוֹמַ֣ת יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם וְאֶת־חָצֹ֥ר וְאֶת־מְגִדּ֖וֹ וְאֶת־גָּֽזֶר׃
Und dies ist der Bericht über die Abgabe, die König Salomo erhoben hat; das Haus des HERRN und sein eigenes Haus und Millo und die Mauer von Jerusalem und Hazor und Megiddo und Gezer zu bauen.

The Millo. [Millo was] a place in Yerusholayim, in the City of Dovid, that was called Millo, because it was enclosed by a low wall and it was filled [ומלאו] with dirt.14Alternatively, it was a large open plaza without any buildings, where people gathered [=מלא]—Ralbag.
